What will the 'robot takeover' really look like? How can human and machines work side-by-side? How can you succeed in an organizational structure that's more agile and innovation focused?
Based on the book Humanity Works: Merging Technologies and People for the Workforce of the Future, folks of all ages and levels will leave the session with concrete guidance for thriving in the organization of the future, understanding why the 2030s work world will be far from doomsday but instead, exciting, rewarding, and full of opportunity.

Alexandra Levit '98
Alexandra Levit’s goal is to prepare organizations and their employees to be competitive and marketable in the future business world. A former nationally syndicated columnist for the Wall Street Journal and writer for the New York Times, Fast Company, and Forbes, Alexandra has authored several books, including the international bestseller They Don’t Teach Corporate in College and Humanity Works: Merging Technologies and People for the Workforce of the Future.

Chicago Field Studies (CFS) is a unique program that allows students to experience what it is like to be part of the workforce. CFS provides students the opportunity to intern while participating in a weekly seminar that incorporates readings, discussions, case studies, field trips, guest lectures and presentations to supplement what students learn in their workplaces.
