Leopold LectureThe Leopold Lecture series has brought a variety of distinguished speakers to the Northwestern campus, focusing on diplomacy and international affairs. The Richard W. Leopold Lectureship was established in 1990 to honor the late eminent diplomatic historian and dedicated educator. |
James LectureThe Jeremiah S. and Helen James Lectureship on Assyrian Civilization and Culture was established in 1999 by the late Helen James Schwarten, a prominent and active member of the Assyrian community. The Lectureship was conceived to promote understanding and scholarship of both ancient and modern Assyrian culture. |
