April 1, 2026 | 2026 Weinberg College Convocation Information

To Weinberg College Graduates:

Congratulations on your upcoming graduation from the Weinberg College of Arts and Sciences! This message contains important information about graduation weekend. Please read in its entirety.

Weinberg College Convocation will take place on Saturday, June 13, 2026 beginning at 3:00pm at Welsh-Ryan Arena. At this ceremony, each graduate will be called to the stage to be recognized individually.

As shared by the Graduation Office earlier today, each graduating student may claim a maximum of 6 tickets, over two ticketing rounds (see below). Note that tickets for the Weinberg College Convocation ceremony on June 13 are separate from the tickets you are allotted for the University’s Commencement ceremony on Sunday, June 14.

Ticketing will be held in two rounds:
  • April 1 – April 15: Graduates may claim up to 4 tickets
  • April 16 – April 30: Graduates may claim up to 2 additional tickets, and submit a waitlist request (if necessary)
  • May 1 – June 1: Waitlist requests are fulfilled based on venue capacity. Waitlist requests are not guaranteed and are subject to ticket availability.
All Weinberg College graduates are guaranteed the allotted number of tickets within each ticketing round (i.e. 4 tickets during round one, 2 tickets during round two). Tickets can be ordered at any point during the dates listed above.

Some additional details about Convocation can be found below. Please take the time to review this information carefully. Information regarding Convocation can also be found on the Weinberg College Convocation website.
