OPPORTUNITIES FOR UNDERGRADUATES
Summer program counselor: Counselors will live in the dorm, organize social events, lead study groups, and create a safe and welcoming environment for students participating in our academic summer programs.

Academic year peer mentor: Peer mentors support first-generation and lower-income students during their first year at Northwestern through a series of weekly workshops and community-building events.

Summer opportunities: Graduate students are vital to the mission of our summer programs, as leaders in the residential dorm and as educators in the classroom.

Academic year opportunities: During the academic year, graduate students coordinate the peer mentoring program, supervising the undergraduate peer mentors and developing the weekly curriculum for the program.
