Reading Period
Weinberg’s Reading Period, which occurs between the end of classes and the start of final examinations, provides time for students to prepare for their final exams and complete term projects. See rules and policies for Reading Period.
Academic Calendar
The Northwestern academic calendar includes:
- Dates for the first and last days of class;
- Examination dates;
- Class registration dates;
- Official school holidays; and
- Deadlines for class additions, drops, and changes.

Final Exams
Weinberg students are required to take the final examination at the designated time, which included in the printed Class Schedule and is available through the Registrar's webpage.
