College Courses Taken while in High School

Students who transfer to Northwestern from another college or university will receive an evaluation of transfer credits from the Registrar's Office. Several special rules apply to courses taken by transfer students at other institutions.
Eligible courses from study abroad count as electives unless otherwise authorized. The exception to this is on NU programs in which students enroll in Northwestern classes.
Northwestern has specific guidelines governing whether courses from other U.S. institutions can be transferred to Northwestern and toward which requirements they can count.
Weinberg College students can enroll in many classes offered by other schools in Northwestern and even complete a minor, certificate, or concentration at another school.
