Nikki graduated from Weinberg College with a major in Political Science and minors in Business Institutions and African Studies. She later went on to start her own company, Chaku Foods, a tech-enabled consumer packaged goods (CPG) food company, that is creating wealth for Ghanaian farmers, transforming food systems in Africa, while creating better products for global consumers.
