Video: The Future of Work and Work Spaces

Before joining CBRE (the world’s largest commercial real estate services and investment firm (based on 2017 revenue)), both Dan Persa '11 and Kyle Kamin '98 thought they were going to go into the sports industry as an NFL quarterback and a sports agent respectively.

Now at CBRE, they have been involved in relocating Motorola to downtown Chicago that helped solidify the city as the technology hub of the Midwest along with representing Google in what many consider to be the most transformational real estate deal in the history of Chicago.

Dan and Kyle talked about their experiences at Northwestern that led them down their career path to commercial real estate as well as the timely topic of how the global pandemic will influence work and work spaces into the future.

Alumni Speakers:

Dan Persa '11 - Commercial Real Estate Advisor at CBRE

Kyle Kamin '98 - Vice Chairman at CBRE
