Fall Event for Smartsheet and Other Tools

In the Spring 2021 WITS newsletter, we shared a few details about how departments are using Smartsheet for their day-to-day operations. We also moderated a summer Zoom event to discuss Smartsheet and College business processes in general. Let's keep the dialogue going.

Register for a Fall Zoom Event with Weinberg IT Solutions (WITS)

Help us help you by joining a discussion with Jennifer Bivens, Lead Analyst in WITS, and other Weinberg College colleagues. Register for the Zoom event that will take place November 18 and bring your questions, ideas, concerns, and/or problem-solving skills.

Smartsheet Support and Engage Online Conference

Now that most conferences have a remote option, you can take advantage of the annual Smartsheet Engage Conference for FREE. Browse weekly offerings via the "Build your agenda" button and review the long list of webinar offerings available through the end of 2021. The Smartsheet help and learning center is also robust, and the support team responds to emails quickly and thoroughly.

WITS also has a support page for Smartsheet that is a work in progress. As we implement creative solutions, we will try to document our ideas on this page.

If you don't already have a license that allows you to create your own Smartsheets, review Northwestern's Smartsheet Tool page for information.

DocuSign Support

The University has recently adopted DocuSign as another tool for workflows. Review the WITS support page for DocuSign (also a work in progress). The Northwestern IT web page about DocuSign will also help you think about appropriate use cases for this tool and find online resources created by the vendor that manages DocuSign.
