NUworkspace 3.0: A Solution for Computer Labs and Research
Prior to Spring quarter 2020, Weinberg IT Solutions (WITS) and other college IT departments were already looking for ways to improve upon solutions for remote research software. When the pandemic hit, WITS was able to leverage that research in order to partner with Apporto. The partnership has helped us meet our unique research and lab needs and improve the NUworkspace environment.
Apporto, which in Italian means "contribution," is an organization that has established itself as one of the few companies (if not the only one) that works primarily with higher ed institutions. The vendor provides an array of solutions to meet the needs of modern research. They started in higher ed, they grew in higher ed, they know higher ed. With their expertise, we are able to offer customized teaching and lab solutions that require specialized software.
How Do I Access and Get Support for NUworkspace?
- Login to NUworkspace using your NetID and password.
