Fall Quarter Zoombombing Alert
Two class sessions this quarter have been hit with Zoombombings. The simplest way to secure your Zoom classes is to follow the directions in the Zoom Learning Center, which provide guidance on how to configure Zoom to admit only Northwestern attendees (recommended) or to allow non-Northwestern guests with a waiting room. Please review your security settings to prevent these attacks. If you have questions, please contact us: wits@northwestern.edu.

Instead of distributing a Spring 2020 newsletter last year, the WITS team sent out regular Remote Tool Tip newsletters to meet the needs of an abruptly transformed workplace. Check out tips on digital signatures, how to prevent Zoombombing, mobile scanning apps, and more.
