Facilities Management Services

For many facilities issues, such as service requests, you will need to work directly with the University Facilities Management Division. It is important to remember that many requests will be paid for by the University, so best practice is to assume the work will be free if you are unsure.

Annual Space Survey through facilities connect

Every year, each Weinberg College department and program is required to conduct a space survey of all assigned spaces. Once completed and spaces are validated in Facilities Connect, this serves as the University space database and is integral to the negotiations the University conducts with the Federal government over indirect cost reimbursements.
