Coronavirus - Graduate Studies

This email communication below was sent to Weinberg College graduate students and faculty on March 18, 2020.

Dear Weinberg College Graduate Students and Faculty Colleagues,

As we all adjust to the many challenges of the COVID-19 virus outbreak, I write to provide information specific to the 1400+ graduate students pursuing advanced degrees in Weinberg College. The Graduate School has released a TGS-specific COVID-19 FAQ that addresses many of the questions we have received regarding graduate studies. This complements information found on the University’s COVID-19 website.

Highlights of this guidance include:

The health and well-being of our graduate students, as well as our entire community, is of the highest importance. We ask that you all use good judgment and provide necessary flexibility as we deal with this unprecedented event. We appreciate the contributions of our students to the College’s research and teaching missions, as well as the dedication of our faculty and staff in ensuring the success and wellbeing of our students. We will continue to work with you and keep you informed as the situation and the responses evolve.

Best regards,

Adrian Randolph
